SOMETHING HAS SHIFTED

The Things That Used to Work Aren't Working Anymore.

01

Sleep Isn't Restoring You

You used to function fine on six hours. Now even eight doesn't feel like enough.

02

Your Weight Stopped Making Sense

It stayed fairly predictable for years. Now it doesn't respond to what used to work.

03

Your Cycle Feels Different

Maybe your period has changed. Maybe it hasn't. Either way, something feels off.

04

Your Nights Are Interrupted

You're waking up in the middle of the night and struggling to fall back asleep.

05

You Don't Feel Like Yourself

Shorter patience, a slower brain, energy crashes and a libido that has disappeared.

And because none of it seems dramatic enough on its own, it's easy to hear:

“Everything looks normal.”

But you're living in your body every day. You know this isn't your normal.

This is where the investigation begins...not ends.

You Don’t Have to Just Deal With It.

Specialized care for the hormonal and metabolic changes

that can affect how you feel, think, sleep and live.

01

HORMONE HEALTH

When your hormones change, a lot can change with them.

Sleep. Mood. energy. libido. menstrual cycles. cognition. body composition.

We look beyond individual symptoms to understand how your hormones may be affecting the way you feel.

02

PERIMENOPAUSE

You don't have to miss a period to be in perimenopause.

For many women, the first signs are less obvious: sleep changes, anxiety, heavier periods, brain fog, irritability, stubborn weight or simply feeling different.

This stage can last for years.

Recognizing it matters.

03

MENOPAUSE

Menopause is a transition, not something you simply have to endure.

From hot flashes and sleep to sexual health, mood and body composition, your care should reflect what you’re experiencing.

Dr. Linder helps women understand their options and decide what makes sense for their health.

04

THYROID

“Normal” is reassuring...until you still feel terrible.

Fatigue, weight changes, brain fog, hair changes, feeling cold and mood changes can occur with thyroid problems—but they can also overlap with hormonal and metabolic changes.

That's why thyroid health shouldn't be evaluated in a vacuum.

HOW CARE WORKS

Test. Understand. Treat. Reassess.

Medicine works better when we don't skip the middle.

Testing alone isn't treatment. A lab result without context isn't an answer. And starting a treatment without checking whether it's actually working isn't much of a plan.

STEP 1

GET TESTED

We start with your story—not a preselected panel of tests.

Dr. Linder reviews what's been happening, when it started, your medical history, current medications, previous results and what you've already tried.

From there, testing is selected based on what actually needs investigating.

That may include hormones, thyroid markers, metabolic markers, nutrient status or other testing relevant to your presentation.

Test what matters. Don't order data for the sake of data.

STEP 2

GET ASSESSED

This is where numbers become useful.

Dr. Linder reviews your results in the context of you.

What changed first?

Which symptoms appeared together?

What does your medical history tell us?

Do your symptoms fit your results?

Could more than one thing be happening?

Instead of handing you a lab report and telling you what's high or low, the goal is to understand the pattern.

You should understand your health...not just receive your results.

STEP 3

BUILD YOUR TREATMENT PLAN

Once we understand what we're dealing with, we can decide what deserves attention.

Your plan may involve hormone therapy when medically appropriate, medication, nutrition, supplementation, sleep, movement, stress management or other functional and integrative strategies.

Not everything needs a supplement.

Not every symptom needs a prescription.

And not every woman needs the same hormone protocol.

Treatment should make sense for your body, your medical history and your goals.

STEP 4

REASSESS + OPTIMIZE

Starting treatment isn't the finish line.

Are you sleeping better?

Has your energy changed?

What happened to the symptoms that brought you here?

How are you tolerating treatment?

What do your follow-up markers show?

Your response gives us new information. Dr. Linder uses it to adjust your plan rather than leaving you on the same protocol indefinitely.

Test. Treat. Reassess. Optimize.

That's ongoing care.

A DIFFERENT WAY OF LOOKING AT THE SAME BODY

Your Hormones Don't Live in One Box and Your Thyroid in Another.

A woman in her late 40s comes in because she can’t lose weight.

But that’s not the only thing that’s changed.

She isn’t sleeping.
Her periods are different.
She’s exhausted by 3 p.m.
Her anxiety is worse.
She can’t concentrate like she used to.

So which symptom do we treat?

That’s the wrong question.

What changed and how is it all connected?

Dr. Linder looks across hormones, thyroid, metabolism and lifestyle to understand the bigger picture...not just the symptom bothering you today.

You don't have to choose between good medicine and looking at the bigger picture.

MEET YOUR PHYSICIAN

Dr. Jeanette Linder MD

Oncologist. Functional Medicine Physician. Advocate for Better Women's Health Care.

Dr. Linder spent years practicing in a field where details matter.

In oncology, you learn quickly that medicine cannot be reduced to one number on a page. You consider the patient, the history, the evidence, the risks and the information in front of you.

That medical foundation still shapes how she practices today.

But her perspective changed when years of demanding work began affecting her own health.

She experienced what many of her patients describe: knowing your body isn't functioning the way it used to and realizing that getting healthier requires more than another quick fix.

That experience ultimately led her deeper into functional and integrative medicine.

Today, her work focuses on women—particularly those navigating the hormonal, thyroid and metabolic changes that can make their 40s, 50s and beyond feel surprisingly unfamiliar.

Her job isn't to tell you every symptom is hormonal.

It's to take you seriously enough to find out.

WHERE DO I START?

Start With What's Been Bothering You. We'll Take It From There.

You don't need to know whether your symptoms are caused by estrogen, progesterone, your thyroid, menopause, stress—or something else.

Figuring that out is part of the care.

Tell us what's changed, what you've already tried and where you're stuck.

We'll determine the appropriate next step.

Batting Away Stress

This woman used to walk through the world like a sponge—becoming heavier and heavier absorbing negativity inside her cells.

She envisions herself as the old Atari game--she is the paddle that pushes the stress ball away instead of absorbing it.

Her Oura Ring is showing far fewer hours of stress per day!!! She is no longer absorbing the negativity; she is observing it. I wish you could see the serene smile on her face.

The Professor

I can't believe I have energy, am getting sleep and thinking clearly during the most stressful time of the year.
